FD: A Winter’s Tale
After years of bloody warfare, the island of Anglesey remains the last stronghold of the Glyndwr Mountain Regiment (GMR).
Recently, rumors have circulated about an imminent meeting between Major Edwards of the GMR and British government officials. It is believed that the British are prepared to make a significant concession, allowing Anglesey to become a sovereign nation. This move aims to end the bloodshed and pave the way for a peaceful future.
A date has been set for a public event where this monumental news is expected to be announced. The bridges have been cleared, and both GMR and British forces will oversee a smooth and safe handover of power, standing side by side.
However, in the shadows of a local bar, whispers of betrayal and hidden agendas linger. Not everyone is ready to embrace this new era of peace. As tensions rise, the fate of Anglesey hangs in the balance. Will the promise of sovereignty bring lasting peace, or will old grudges and hidden enemies plunge the island back into chaos
